SALES REPRESENTATIVE

At The Dubs Group, we are a full service sales, marketing, and representation agency for Student-Athletes. We are a start-up taking a leadership role in the exploding area of NIL, representing college athletes. We are located in Fort Worth, TX and Norman, OK and primarily work with athletes at Texas Christian University & the University of Oklahoma. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to determine prospective brands and expand sales in the Oklahoma City/Norman  or Dallas-Fort Worth region for our client roster. The Outside Sales Representative will also provide ongoing customer service and support. The sales representative will work diligently to identify leads, lock in deals with prospective brands through calls and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support and coordination with the marketing department to execute all sponsorship contracts. 

 

Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads 

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects 

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on client opportunities 

  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly 

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects 

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers 

  • Coordinate with other team members across department to optimize the sales effort and the execution of all sponsorship contracts

 

Sales Representative Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales * Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships * Excellent interpersonal skills * Highly self-motivated * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships, business development, healthcare, or educational background * Familiarity with tracking client lifecycle in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel * Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment * Ability to travel overnight 15% of the time * Ability to lift 10-20 pounds
